• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Exceptions during holiday season, returns must be within 30 days of receipt or by January 15 whichever is greater.
• Returns must be in new, resalable condition, with 100% original packaging.
• Defective goods must be returned to manufacture.
• We have a right to impose a 20% restocking fee on all items.
• Paintballs, or used merchandise are unreturnable items.
• Product damaged due to shipping must be verified through shipper for proper processing. Refunds or replacement cannot be issued without submitting a shipper claim first.
• Any claim of missing items or damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours by calling (812) 282-6999.

• All shipments are sent through the provider selected. If eligable for free shipping, either USPS, UPS or Fedex will be the provider. Free Shipping is only available to the Continental United States.
• Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.
• Shipment on the same day of the order if made before 10am EST and all processing completes correctly.

Refer-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. AsylumExtreme.net does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Our Use of Log Files
When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times. Asylum Extreme, LLC. will endeavor to notify a Member of Asylum Extreme, LLC. intent to terminate such Member's account by notice to such Member's provided email address at least 180 days prior to deactivation. If the Member fails to respond to such email notice with 180 days after the day it is sent by Asylum Extreme, LLC., such Member's account will be terminated as noted above. Therefore, Asylum Extreme, LLC. strongly recommends that all Members keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While Asylum Extreme, LLC. desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, Asylum Extreme, LLC. has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to Asylum Extreme, LLC. to have been abandoned. Each Member agrees that failure to access his or her account for 180 days or more conclusively indicates that such Member's account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.
